Terms and Conditions
Deposit: A deposit is not usually required. What is life without a little trust.
Payment: All outstanding balances must be paid by or on the performance date.
Access to Venue: I will require adequate access to the venue prior to and after the booking to allow for the setting up and breaking down of equipment.
Timings: A minimum of 60 minutes (but preferably 90 minutes) should be allowed for setting up and 30 minutes for packing up and vacating the premises.
Space: I normally need an approximate space of 3 x 3 metres, but do my utmost to work within any space constraints there may be.
Electricity: The client is responsible for the provision of a suitable and safe electricity supply. I require a minimum of one separate 13-amp mains socket.
Extending Playing Times: Wherever possible I will aim to accommodate client's requests for extensions to playing time that are over and above the agreed times. This will be subject to an additional hourly charge.
Licensing: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue is suitably licensed for the event.
